In response to the eye floater question, me too! I'm 45, and I've had them for decades. at least if we're talking about the same thing. Here's what I'm talking about:
I look up to the ceiling because it's uniformly white (i.e. nothing to capture my eye focus). Then I focus my eyes at a distance of what seems to be a couple of inches away from my face. I see squigly lines that are sort of translucent grey-ish. They float around. If I shift my glance to one side, they sort of follow along, like pet dogs. But then if I try t look at them directly, they dart away to either side, like abused pet dogs.
Anyway, that's what I have had for as long as I can remember. Don't know what it means. It hasn't stoped me from doing anything I want to do. And it doesn't seem to have changed in all that time.
But now that the questioner has asked the question, I'm much more interested too.
Thanks for asking.
