How-to: Breathing fresh mountain air

Do you want a quick natural high that is actually great for your health?

Ingredients:

  • fresh mountain air
  • your ability to take in slow gentle deep breaths

Steps:

  1. Go to the mountains. 
  2. Start hiking up them, or take a chairlift up them, or take a helicopter up to them, or whatever it takes to get you up high on the mountains.
  3. Take in all of those glorious negative ions and fresh air into your breath.
  4. Slowly inhale and slowly exhale.
  5. Notice your overall sense of wellbeing take a huge leap forward.
  6. (Even better, spend a longer time in the mountains by camping out or renting a cabin)

I love this one. Personally, I never feel more alive and vital then when I'm high up in the mountains breathing that air.
